Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made through the tiptopweddingshop.co.uk website. Please read through them carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.
1. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
2. All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail, £2.50 for orders under £10. £3.95 for orders over £10, with the exception of some of our Umbrellas. Dispatch is normally within 5 days and we make every effort to dispatch goods within this time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable so please allow up to 28 days. For international delivery goods usually arrive within 15 working days but please allow up to 28 days. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges e.g customs fees, handling fees. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will do our very best.
3. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days, but please allow up to 10 days, unless stated otherwise. Please ensure descriptions are checked for timescales before ordering.
4. If your item hasn't arrived within 15 working days, after postage date, it is considered 'Lost'. Please check with your local sorting office in case your parcel is awaiting collection before contacting us. All refund requests should come through us directly.
5. We post to any UK & Ireland address which has a postcode
6. UK Standard Delivery is £3.95
7. For UK orders over £75, delivery is free
Pricing and Payment
8. Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of you placing your order.
9. All of our online transactions are fully secured through Sage Pay. Your payment details are not stored on our system and we keep no record of your credit card details.
10. Your credit card payment is authorized and payment is taken at the point you purchase an order from us.
11. All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.
12. Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by email suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock.
13. All marketing email correspondence will contain a link to allow you to unsubscribe from future mailings.
14. Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us and our secure payment companies for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Or to send you relevant marketing information should you subscribe to it. Please rest assured that we do not store any financial information and we will never sell your information to any third party.
Accuracy of Website
15. We have made every endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information contained on this website. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies, or design variations.
16. Please Email us explaining why you want to return your order/item. If your return is approved we will Email you an RMA number. We cannot process your return or any return fees without a valid RMA number. If we receive a return without a valid RMA number and the customer wants the order back we have to charge £3.75 postage.
17. Items need to be returned (including exchanges) within 7 days of receipt and arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in their original packaging.
18. Please Email us before returning any item(s) to us.
19. Refunds or cancellations/changes are not available on any engraved, embroidered or personalised items 20. We will not refund postage (£3.95) for any orders returned due to customer error or for orders where customers no longer require the items. Customers are liable for any item returned that has been lost in the post, refunds will not be given.
21. Shoes can be exchanged for other sizes, but an additional £3.95 delivery charge will be required. Please refrain from buying 2 sizes of shoes with the sole intention of returning one size. This may result in a refund not being issued.
22. Earrings (including sets which include pierced earrings), Hair accessories, Bikini's, Lingerie and confectionary cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
23. T Shirt transfers and Diamante Transfers are the responsibility of the buyer, we cannot be held responsible if the buyer has problems using them. All transfers have been tried and tested on site.
24. All return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
25. We try to keep our prices as cheap as possible, therefore our profit margins are very small, so we have to charge for redelivery on some exchanged items. Shoes, bags and boots will be charged £3.45
26. Unfortunately we don't offer samples.
27. Please could you refrain from buying items which you are intending to return once you have chosen the items/sizes you want. Items being returned could be refused refunds for this reason. Please Email us before any returns are made.
28. Personalised transfers placed incorrectly (i.e. only ordering 1 letter for a 5 letter word, etc..) will be charged a 50p cancellation fee to cover our processing charges. Please Read the instructions before ordering
29. Any orders cancelled due to customer error will be charged 50p for our transaction fees.
30. Royal Mail state to allow 15 working days after dispatch date for your order to arrive.
31. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are agreeing that you have copyright permission for any images that you request to be added to any of our personalised items.
